Went to workout with Aj today at 24 and I got worked…
-5 min warmup on bike
-20 min 1 min intervals at 10 incline. Walk at 2 mph for 1 min and then speed up to 5 all at 10 incline
-using body weigh to do pulls, pushes, and plank pushups. 3 sets of 15
-3 sets of 15: rows, pulls, some kind of weighted pushup row(I should really learn names of workouts)
-finished with 2 250 m rows on the row machine
Came home and did ab ripper. I’m pooped. Good shit Aj!!
